Your Event Planner can provide you with sample menus in a variety of price ranges, and create or customize any menu to suit your tastes and budget. All aspects of our catered events are customized to your event, and we make all of our food in house and from scratch. We are happy to accommodate your specific menu item requests and special dietary needs, in addition to our regular menu offerings.

THE GREEN ROOM

A beautiful and refined space featuring original woodwork and arched tin ceilings, the Green Room is located on the second floor of the Firehouse and offers an atmosphere of true elegance. Large windows fill the room with natural light, while a private bar and round tables dressed with linens, candles, and natural centerpieces create a setting rich in sophistication and ambiance. Our spacious round tables seat up to eight adults each, with a minimum of 40 guests and full seated capacity for up to 70. Larger gatherings can be accommodated with a cocktail-style setup, and the addition of the Red Room offers either expanded capacity or the opportunity to provide two distinct atmospheres for your event.

The Green Room is a favorite for weddings, showers, and business meetings; equipped with a TV/DVD player with HDMI capabilities for presentations, as well as a Bose sound system for music. Hosts may customize their bar experience with selections from our curated offerings of wine, beer, select spirits, and specialty cocktails

THE RED ROOM

An inviting, intimate space highlighted by original woodwork and glass, a double-sided gas fireplace, and arched tin ceilings, the Red Room blends elegance with a cozy, personal feel. Designed for smaller gatherings, it accommodates a minimum of 20 guests and comfortably seats up to 30 adults.

Often booked as an add-on to a Green Room event, the Red Room serves beautifully as a relaxed grazing lounge or overflow space for guests. Located directly across the hall on the second floor of the Firehouse, the room is outfitted with square or banquet-style tables, linens, and coordinating natural centerpieces—making it ideal for private celebrations and intimate occasions.

Hosts may choose a custom bar selection, or opt for a self-serve beverage package, a popular choice given the room’s warm, close-knit atmosphere. Whether reserved on its own or paired with the Green Room, the Red Room offers a charming, flexible setting for memorable gatherings.

THE CAPTAIN’S ROOM

The Captain’s room is a perfect fit as a private room for up to 14 guests. Featuring a gorgeous custom made solid mahogany table, high back leather chairs, and a gas fireplace. The Captain’s room is located on the 2nd floor of the Firehouse, and is accessed through the Red Room. The Captain’s room is perfect for private dinner parties, client/business meetings, and luncheons.You may choose to offer our regular menu, or to create your own custom printed limited menu from a selection off of our current offerings for your guests. The Captain’s Room is complete with a private event server to cater to all of your dining needs.

DOWNTIME PUB

A casual pub environment, featuring an extensive historical exhibit from the RMSC’s Albert R Stone Negative Collection. The Downtime Pub is perfect for fun, informal gatherings ranging from birthdays, reunions, retirement parties, and rehearsal dinners. The Downtime Bar also boasts full access to all of our draft and bottled beer selections, TVs, a surround sound system, and private bathrooms. Fully seated, the pub accommodates 40 adults with our large custom family style tables, or considerably more for cocktail parties with “high top” tables. The Pub is fully handicap accessible with exterior ramp access.

STUTSON HOUSE

The Stutson House is a restoration of the old historic Hollow Grinder building on Stutson Street that has taken a reclaimed approach, utilizing repurposed materials from the local area. With a warm rustic charm paired with elegant appointments, it is the perfect unique venue to host your wedding/reception, corporate party, reunion, fundraiser, or any other special event. A high-end bluetooth compatible surround sound system with a wireless microphone available. Beautiful wooden sliding barn doors can separate the bar and dining area to accommodate a ceremony to reception room flip, or use just the bar area to host your casual cocktail party. Complete with two garage doors in the front of the bar area that can open alfresco style, a large format TV, a coat room, a full on-site kitchen, and so much more, this historic and unique venue will keep your guests talking long after your event is over!
